Shark: CryoGlow
The problem:
Light therapy for skin is invisible. You can't photograph a wavelength doing its job, and for the UK launch of the CryoGlow mask, the technology was the product. We had to make viewers feel something they'd never be able to see.
The idea:
Show the light doing the work. Every wavelength mapped and wrapped around the skin the way it actually behaves, so the science stayed accurate while the visuals carried the beauty
Brand film
The creative:
We integrated light therapy into every scene by combining digital tracking, projection mapping, and CGI into a GFX treatment. The precision took deep R&D and bespoke VFX planning to keep the futuristic look grounded in how the technology actually works.
My role:
Designed the 2D, color treatments, graphic cards, and art directed the look and feel of the VFX, leading the VFX team through various rounds of R&D and execution. Partnered directly with stakeholders and the client on creative direction and approvals.
